Bill Colone
40+ years of experience in R&D. Bill co-founded and led Single Pass, Inc. and previously served as CEO of Spinal Singularity, raising over $11 million in funding to advance novel technologies. Earlier, he was President of Endomed, guiding it through a successful exit, and later served as VP of R&D at Direct Flow Medical and in senior leadership roles at Endologix and IMPRA (now Bard Peripheral Vascular). At Endologix, he directed the development and global launch of the Nellix Endovascular Aneurysm Sealing System and supported the fastest-enrolled U.S. IDE trial for an EVAR device. Bill is recognized for his expertise in ePTFE and endovascular prostheses and holds 13 U.S. patents. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Arizona State University and has served on multiple advisory and faculty roles with ASU.

Matt Thompson MD
Dr. Thompson is a globally recognized vascular surgeon and medical device executive with extensive experience in implantable Class III medical devices. From 2002 to 2016, he served as a leading vascular surgeon at St. George's Hospital in London, where he gained international recognition for his expertise in complex aortic repair. Transitioning to the medical device industry, he held key leadership roles, serving as Chief Medical Officer at Endologix from 2016 to 2021 and being appointed Chief Executive Officer from 2021 to 2025. He currently continues to contribute to Endologix as Chief Medical Officer.

Raja N. Ghanem, PhD MBA
22+ years in the cardiovascular medical device industry leading product management, marketing, clinical, and R&D efforts to bring class II and III medical devices to market in vascular surgery, cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology. Lead global product manager of the Endologix portfolio of EVAR and Nellix EVAS systems. Cofounder of CardioInsight (acquired by Medtronic) and holder of 35+ patents.
Vice President of R&D
Jeff Kasalko, MS
25+ years of experience in the medical device industry developing innovative solutions for endovascular and structural heart solutions. Played a pivotal role in the development and successful IDE submission of the Endologix Nellix EVAS system, launch of the Endologix AFX endograft and the advancement of structural heart valves at Edwards Lifesciences.
